Chartpak AD Marker
I found these layout markers some 15 years ago in an art supply store in Germany. Good Quality. I haven´t seen this kind of markers since then. Although the markers ink is alcohol-based, the markers have a smooth felt nib (with the exception of the cool gray marker, with has a synthetic nib). As far as I know the markers aren´t refillable so I used pure alcohol to refresh them.
I don’t know about the ink composition of the Chartpak Spectrum markers, but the Chartpak AD markers are the only xylene-ink markers still being manufactured.

That’s right, the cool gray AD marker has xylene-based ink. I thought it´s an old one, since almost all layout marker brands discontinued xylene or toluene…
